This is a demonstration
This website is an interactive demonstration of a booking platform.
No real booking or transaction takes place. Booking confirmations, messages, approvals and payment screens are simulated. Using this demo does not book a service, authorise work, process a payment or create a service agreement.
Prices, availability and service details are illustrative. To arrange an actual service or confirm pricing, contact the relevant business directly.
Information entered into demo forms
Your demo entries are not submitted or saved by us. They are held temporarily in your browser’s memory to run the simulation. They are not transmitted to GoodWork Foundry or a service provider, or stored in a database.
Reloading the page resets the simulated request. Please use fictional details when exploring the demo.
Website traffic, cookies and IP addresses
Azure provides aggregate request and performance statistics to help us understand website traffic and monitor reliability. A request is not the same as an individual visitor: one visit can generate several requests.
Azure retains its standard platform metrics for 93 days. These metrics do not contain your demo form entries or visitor IP addresses.
The demo does not set cookies, use tracking pixels, or store form entries or visitor identifiers in your browser’s local or session storage.
Your IP address is processed as part of connecting to and delivering the website. The demo application does not record it or use it to recognise returning visitors. Web request logging is disabled in our hosting configuration.
If you email us
If you email us, we receive your email address and any information you choose to include, such as your name, contact details and enquiry.
We use this information to respond, provide assistance, handle complaints and maintain correspondence records. Emailing us does not automatically subscribe you to marketing.
We retain email correspondence for seven years. This applies to emails sent to us separately, not to information entered into demo forms.
You can make a general enquiry without providing your full name, although we need a way to respond.
Hosting and disclosure
The demo is hosted in an Australian data centre.
Our hosting and email service providers handle relevant information as needed to provide their services. We do not sell personal information or disclose it overseas. We may disclose information within Australia where required or authorised by law.
Protecting information
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information against loss, misuse and unauthorised access or disclosure. Access is limited to people and service providers who need it for the purposes described in this notice.
When personal information is no longer needed and retention is not required by law, we take reasonable steps to delete it or remove identifying details.
Questions, access, corrections and complaints
To ask a privacy question, request access to personal information we hold about you, request a correction or make a privacy complaint, email:
We may need to verify your identity before providing or changing personal information.
We will investigate privacy complaints and aim to respond within 30 days. If more time is needed, we will explain why and provide an update.
If you are dissatisfied with our response, or do not receive a response within 30 days, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner, where your complaint falls within its jurisdiction.
